Returns

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and images of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
